Reverend Debby Stikes, Pastor
Rev. Debby Stikes has been the pastor of Trinity Methodist Church since November 30, 2023, when a group of courageous saints met to form a Global Methodist congregation in Griffin. That first meeting was held at Haister-McCollough Funeral Home and the church met in that facility for several months. She is passionate about sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the world.
Pastor Debby is an ordained Deacon in the Global Methodist Church. She spent almost 30 years directing the Discipleship Ministry at a large membership church. During those years she received a Professional Certification in Christian Education and began her Course of Study for ordination. She received her License to Preach in 2021. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she obtained a B.A. in Communication with a focus in Journalism and Public Relations. She attended Candler School of Theology and Wesley Biblical Seminary.
Pastor Debby has been married to her husband, Eddie, for over 45 years. They are the proud parents of two sons (John and Bill), two daughters-in-law (Julie and Brittany), and now have 5 beautiful, smart, kind and very loved grandchildren. She loves the beach and the mountains. reading, and playing the ukulele.

We offer a variety of ministries and programs for people of all ages and backgrounds including Sunday School classes for all ages, youth groups, Bible studies, Women's Mission group, Men of Timothy, and more. There is something for everyone at Trinity Methodist Church.
